Granny's gone and done it again

Yes I have given it my whole arsenal. Still weak. I never see it eat or drink
Have you tried sugar water? Baby needs an energy boost. You can liquefy yolk from a hard boiled egg and feed that too.
I had to do this with a Wellie chick who had an umbilical hernia. Took a week before I stopped fussing over her, but she's 6 now and still laying... occasionally.

I was 44 & mom was 76 when she passed from breast to bone cancer. I have was just 21 when dad passed from lung to brain cancer at age of 54.
Sorry about your losses , Jane. Your Dad left at a mighty young age. My Dad left early in life and as I approached that age that fact was in my mind a lot but now I'm twelve years beyond that age.So I guess I'm gonna make it to the "old coot" stage, if I haven't already.

haha! You got a stringy old rooster you want to stew?

It won't let me look at the recipe without signing up. I refuse! :tongue
I didnt know you had to sign up. I of course didnt read the recipe. I thought it sounded like something you and Camping would like. You cook with wine sometimes.

Baby pics! 5 weeks old this weekend. Time flies! It’s amazing how different standards and banties are.
So cute, love the lavender coloring.
You can also see the difference in the white chicks vs the blue ones (I think lavender?)

Misty, read your post farther down. Sorry this one wasn't the one :hugs
about time he learned then IMHO :old:rant
I agree Twist, more than you know. DD said the same, she wouldn't have had more kids after my gd turned 12 if she knew that he wasn't going to live up to being a father. :hit
HI Pert :frow
wish I knew what it took to bribe Robert.
What about jerky since that is his favorite?
My moms been gone 4 yrs today. Dont seem possible does it ?
Sorry Pam :hugs
:hugs
It took me a long time before I could let that go a bit. It's so hard. My mom has been gone 11 yrs now. Feel like I got cheated. She was only 68.
Sorry Wishing, my dad was 67 when he passed. Was very hard, but I personally feel losing your Mom would even be harder. I am very close with my Mom & I feel so blessed that I still have her :hugs
Lisa, How is DD ?
Thanks for asking Pam, she is out of the hospital but still in pain. She has a gallbladder condition that mimics gallbladder attacks that are brought on from stones, but hers doesn't haves stones, just the inflammation. She will have to live like she has stones, avoiding all fats in food until either her gallbladder forms stones or her doctor takes pity on her & has her gallbladder removed to control the reactive pain.
I'm home had lunch napped not taking house outside looks great acres awesome inside:barniehole in ceiling they covered outside with tin roof great choice but they didn't fix anything first floors are bowing mice chit everywhere :hedreams shattered
Back to the drawing board:hit
Sorry Misty, you will find the right one.
Camping, brooder babies w/mama have poop stuck . Ever seen that with mamas ?
My phycho hens baby did as well as Curly Sue's. She's acting just as phycho as Ya Betty. Probably because Ya Betty is being so wacko & they are sharing the same coop. I'm a 1/8 of an inch from doing great bodily harm to that Wacko
then he should NOT have been "bothered" in creating them either IMHO
No he should not have.
I was 44 & mom was 76 when she passed from breast to bone cancer. I have was just 21 when dad passed from lung to brain cancer at age of 54.
Im so sorry Jane, that was way too young to lose either of your parents :hugs

You probably signed up automatically through FB.
Coq au vin is an old French recipe, a method of stewing roosters and older tough birds to get them nice and tender and flavorful. The wine helps tenderize too.
