Granny's gone and done it again

Pretty sure they can fly.

Hopefully. :hmm I just think it would be good to have somebody to help you.

BUT 2 of the culls have angel wing

According to Rod they were down in the creek swimming this morning until Arse "rounded them up and "herded" the duck up to the annex."

Yep both Comet and Sheila being a solid color and then Porter as well those 2 will/should ALWAYS have solid colored calves, The 3 Royals should always have "trim calves" some white. And then the trim cows, Granny, Star, and Enola it's a 50/50 shot of solid or trim
Yes, I was trying to explain all that when hubs was looking at Granny's little Lizzie... I couldn't remember the names... Royal and trim, Imperial is native with a black nose... What are the solid white or gold called?

the solid white in America are HYbreds mixed with cattle gene's which is a NO NO, the other's are called Golden and I suspect hybreds as well. and yes Imperial have black noses and actually tend to be a much darker color overall. Porter, Comet and Sheila are all Native or "grey nosed" and all of my "trims" are native trims, I don't have the imperial gene in the "pool yet'

Breeding a trim to a trim you have a 25% chance of getting a Royal, 25% chance of a solid and a 50% chance of a trim.
Genetics of incomplete dominance.

Pedestrian ducks. I have heard other people talk about clipping wings so their muscovies don't take off. Camping's seem to stick around.
