I know what you mean. Granny sure took the news hard. I think your news on top of Tom's results combined with her being sick was too much. She was feeling pretty bad last night.

That's for sure! All 14 large layer hens are out in the yard though. Fox and hawks usually go after the bantams, but I'm still worried about the big girls. Their coop and run isn't big enough to keep them locked up all day.

Was wondering if you could readjust the pecking order (butting order?) and take the dominant goat our for a bit, keep her separate for awhile, and after Molly and Granger(?) get settled in, try introducing the single goat back in. Maybe she will behave herself.

You never did say how the goat was picking on Molly. Do they kick?

No shooting here... there'd be 20 calls to the sheriff!
Think I just need to keep Scooter outside more during the day. The squirrels are taking over out back too- 3 very pushy obnoxious squirrels. Scooter needs to make life less comfortable for them and the fox.
Or, maybe the fox will get the squirrels!

Yeah I’m going to do that once everyone has all the med on them and recovered.

She had her pinned in the corner against the fence and was ramming her with her head. Back up 5ft and ram. Molly didn’t move.

:( What a bully.
Does it make you feel different about that one? I had a dog that killed one of the farm cats, and I never felt quite the same about the dog after that.
