There is a new type of milk out called a2. It has a different type of protein than regular milk. Lot of people who thought they were lactose intolerant actually have problems digesting the particular protein that is NOT in a2 milk. Might be worth a try for you.

This is the type of milk I get from my herdshare. They have the cows genes tested. Mainly jersey cows.

And it is not new. It was the original milk before they started breeding milk cows that they could power milk.

I am not only lactose intolerant, but allergic to casein which is the main protein in milk & cheese.

Well i caught up just as most folks went to bed!
My new compressor works great, the staplegun jammed just as i was almost done that end of the cage. I need to get a better one. I sure hope i can get one of the three working tomorrow! The one that jammed was almost new. But i don't want to go to town again already!
