THis has to be a freaking firebug. Even for fire season this is insane.

I thought they caught the guy. Sure hope there isn't more than one! Firefighter from Socal on the news last night was pleading for people to be extra careful. Said they are tapped out, at their limit, can't handle any more. Poor guy looked tired.

Lovely nap. Dammmm dog. He hurts when he jumps in my lap. Then he fights me to get down. One word from Tom or Robert and he is down and in a sit. Oh well, I got a couple hrs in. I didnt finish the mow but I got closer then I have all yr. LOL Whats left was mowed already but it is rough from being so tall and I wanted it all to match.

Hubby helped me move the quail duplex out behind the chicken coop. I filled it up, and now have 2 empty brooders for the quail that can be moved after i clean the brooders tomorrow!
A few adjustments to make to the duplex, but the lofts and ramps are already in place, i just need to add sand.
So perhaps i can work on building another wall for my chicken coop tomorrow if the freakin rain will go away!

Ugh, how am i supposed to do stuff outside when it will not stop raining? Hubby says the river is up 2 feet before this started. Glad our cabin has lots of elevation.

You should start a river rafting business!

They caught the guy who set the Holy Fire...still socal but a little bit north of me. These three in my hood however...

Second wind ! And no, it didnt stink. LOL Dinner was corned beef hash and eggs w/toast. Tom fried the ?meat ? I did the eggs and we both did the toast. He was hurting from standing for 2 mins and I almost broke a sweat.
