Granny's gone and done it again

Looks like my first lings are two boys and five girls, plus the “special” baby. One of the boys has a broken leg, I’m assuming a cow stepped on him. It looks fine but he can’t walk at all and drags himself with his wings while he pushes with his one good leg. I always say I’m going to cull, but I really do need to tomorrow. I don’t want him to suffer, or die and lose that meat. He’s basically grown.

I love pearls! I bought some pearls in Hawaii and had them made into jewelry. Hubby was annoyed at how much i spent but i never regretted it. I need to get my right ear repierced, when my cockatoo bit it, the hole healed over.
I inherited my moms pearls.

It is cooling off here as well. At least the rain did something good besides watering the plants. I still have plants i need to put in the ground. I am pulling weeds out of the driveway every day!

cycle of life and much better to "use" him then have to toss him in the trash/burn pit OR burry him

I had asked my mom to bring down her pearls for my wedding day so I could borrow them. (Which we’re a push present when I was born lol)

She ended up bringing down a pearl necklace of my nana’s (so my mom’s mom) and said Nana wanted me to have em. So...

Dangit can’t see the pearls in that shot.

did you show her the turkey at freezer camp and explain that he bit you as well
No, she was just excitable. I really liked that bird but she could sure scream. Because we were living at my Mom's house at the time and since Mom has dementia i was afraid Mom might get hurt, so i found her a good home with a retired couple.
