I think it is Tai chi. Yes it is good. Lots of learning videos on YouTube. I love to sing also.Ok, really, no need for artificial stimulants.. Joy and peace are from within..
I recently got together with a few neighbors, I was taking meds for the wasp sting.. They had all kinds of liquor and beers.. It was 6-7 of us.. I didn't drink, I was happy there..
Yoga is good.. I would like to take on thai shi - (spelling?) It's good for relaxing and for the inner self.. But my fave of all is singing.. Tho my daughters and grandchildren tell me to shut up, and ask me why am I crying.. I love to play music and sing along..
"Singing is the laughter of the soul"
I have heard of the flat earthers.
Yeah my dr gave me one for free. Now I need her to order strips. I don’t know if my ins will pay.Im just home. Good news is because I didnt get my meds in time I dont have to go back for 6 weeks !
Bruce, thank you for the offer but we have a few floating around here. When Robert was in school and he went to 2 different schools he had 3 of them. Everyone in the house has problems but insurance pays for machine and supplys.
H20 Companys that make the machines will sometimes give you a free one because they know you are going to buy their $100. oo strips.
Sorry for the loss of your diabetic cat there Bruce. Seems like everyones pancreas is going south .
That should be a good business to go into if every house fire site is considered a toxic dump. This is from a thread about the fires in Shasta county.
Gives you a good idea of how terrible it's been. Remember, every house that burned down is now a toxic waste site and has to be professionally cleared before rebuilding can begin. When the winter rains start, mud slides will be a huge worry. There is a sign up along the road about a quarter mile before our neighborhood that says WARNING, entering hazardous area... blah blah blah. We didn't have any trouble last winter. It's CA. Too many warnings to pay attention to them all.
