OH and I found out you only hang/season yaks for 7 to 10 days unlike cattle where they hang from 18 to 24 days.

Reason not as much marbeling/fat in yak meat

so evidently "grass feed" mean on pasture or hay diet only no grain, CHECK other then the licks tubs which is mainly vitamins and minerals , AND mine are antibiotic free (other then Martinika when she had that puncture) only their own hormones and just the standard 7-way shot annually
