what about the fines associated w/ them ?

Wouldn't that be lovely? Personal opinion: if you did something against the law when you did it, you don't get a "get out of jail card and here is a refund of your fines with interest" if the law changes.

JUST 9? ZERO!!!!! They give me instant migraines. Haven't touched one for decades. Don't know what is different about them, I can eat milk and dark M&Ms and I can eat peanuts.

And of course you know that the serving size is a combination of making the numbers easy and whole and trying to make things seem less unhealthy.

It didnt make a difference here . DCS said the same thing you did. You did it while it was illegal , no changing that fact.
M&Ms, a few yrs back they changed the food coloring/red dye I believe. Thats an allergy .

They raised the freeway speed limit here several years ago. Can you imagine having to return all that money to speeders who would no longer be speeding under the new limit? Never going to happen.
