Granny's gone and done it again

Time for my lunch, beef and barley soup, it is cool ot there!
Oh yummy! One of my favorites. :drool
Hubby doesn't like it so i get it all!
Lucky you. Everyone likes it here, dang it!

Getting colder out there! Got some tarps up on the runs since we are due for an ice storm and winter is on its way. Those 2 Tolbunt Polish pullets refuse to stay into the coop at night unless i put them in. Silly girls. And the one that is laying laid her egg outside today.
 I just don't know about those Tolbunts.

I have never been so disgusted in my life.
Sorry. :hugsYou were so excited about them. I had a feeling this morning... that's why I mentioned wanting to check them daily when we were going over watering systems. They're so fragile, both physically and, according to Cap's, mentally as well.

I can hear freezing rain or hail hitting outside. :D
That sounds terrible!

If Robert wasnt allergic I would go get him and his mate.
Million $ question, Did I have a different tolbunt roo over there that broke his leg about a yr ago ?
Yeah, there was something wrong with one of them... can't remember exactly what.

ya, you called it AND the reason I went out to check !
:hit

:hugs
Thanks Cap. Diva and Pert.
I expected as much . Thats why Granny has ice water where her blood belongs and a thumping gizzard for a heart.
I talked to Nifty for a while today and he hand made that trophy for me. That made me feel pretty special. And for those of you that were here to read me. Thank you. I wont lie and say it was all good, I was pretty bummed but it is what it is.
:hugs:hugs:hugs

My stepfather smoked. The turkey soup (for example) was nearly inedible for all the salt and pepper he put in it. Then he stopped smoking after his heart attack and the soup had a LOT less salt and pepper. Could be you THINK you taste everything just fine. Might want to ask non smokers who eat (if they can) what you make.

I do frequently and NEVER a complaint about to much salt or pepper.
