I dont have any veggies. I started to buy veggie stock. Wish I had now. It wouldnt be real important if I was serving anything else. LOLIt's how the stock was made. Should have some flavor in it, but it probably won't be quite as good as homemade. Cooking some veggies in it will add flavor. Your little bits of chicken will help. If you don't like it, put in a ramen pack or two.
