Little torked at the water supplier to the farm, jacking rates again this year. Monthy service/hook up charge up 11.9% and actual water rates jumping 17.25% And I can not get an answer/reason for them bending their "members/customers" over.

I know but there are a lot of variables. Like how far down would they find water and how much is he paying now for hookup and water. I think here they charge $10/foot.
