Granny's gone and done it again

OH if your stoup is to greasy you can stick it in the fridge and then peel/skim the solidified fat off when it is cool. OR gently drag strips of paper towel/napkins across it the then toss the paper products

its going to the chickens . They dont complain.
 
I tend to make a lot of stoups to thin for stew and to thick for soup.

ANd if to salty toss in a tater will help pull out the salt and then just throw the tater or in your case keep it for a salt lick

It was weird because of the texture . I could eat it but dont want to now. Rather fuss. Little greasy too. I cant skim the fat because I stirred it up cold. I ate a bowl last night but this is a big pot full.
