Twist, I saw something on the net about a petition going around to make North and South Dakota one state. Already has over 5,000 names on it. Course you can hear about anything on the net.

I gave up milk to drink, i used to drink more of that than anything but it bothers my IBS.

Used to bother me alot till I stopped eating so much gluten. I still cheat but makes me more likely to be anemic and worsens my nose bleeds.

Pert, I am like that too wanting something and no clue what that might be. Mom always told me to drink water when I was complaining. I think its your bodys way of telling you your lacking something . For me it was low blood. Do you take a multi vitamin?

No. I used to take Centrum Silver but I've fallen out of habit.
