Yes but! Haven't found a decent mass market gluten free bread. For sure stay away from Schar, might as well eat ground up dry rice. DD makes her own bread. Not sure how that is going to go at University though. I know she took a brownie pan, can't tell them from regular flour brownies.
Kinnikinnik makes a very good pancake/waffle/crepe mix. Glutino used to but they changed it to just pancakes. Says "fluffy" on the box and the artist made them fluffy. But they are as flat as a piece of paper.
There are some good brown rice pastas, stay away from the white rice ones, they get all gummy. Sister sent DD1 some gluten free "English muffins" from Wolfermans.
She got through only half of one and that was after drowning it is maple cream. There is a good GF bakery just north of Bangor Maine. They have several very acceptable breads.
