CB just cooked burgers for everyone and Tom came out asking for another. Said it was the best burger he had ever ate.

Glad he was pleased with someone's food at least lol. The problem being, ground chuck is so dang expensive anymore grr....

I've made the very best red beans and rice of my entire life. DH was telling me how good it smelled when it was just holy trinity and smoked sausage.

Yippee, easier is always better lol

That stinks, but if you were loading the smoker you would have smoked liked size pieces.

they were smoked to 150* internal temp in the thickest one. BUT hopefully will be good for beans, tater, split pea , and other soups
