Granny's gone and done it again

Dinner is over. Cubed steak , loaded mashed potatoes and garlic/rosemary roasted potatoes. yup, 2 different kinds and no veggie.
Hey y’all. I have been cooking a mess of greens every day.
Red chard, curly kale,mustard greens. Trying to find the most tasty ones I have used no spices. It’s a health thing.. seeing if it will give me more energy. I must cook it for four hours. Can’t say it is tasty but I eat it. Anything to get more energy. So how can I spice them up?
