Doesn't Kale tend to be a little "tuffer" then normal greens of course I prefer my greens in a salad

kale with shroom, pork chops vinegar , chicken broth some of my new spices including red pepper . and a pinch of sugar cooked in.

no, I dont think so. A little more bitter maybe. mustard is my fav. tender depends on the time of yr. / how old they are.
