Don't know anyone who uses that. You just close off the back of your throat like you do when the dentist is messing around in your mouth.

LOL Proably not. I havent seen a dentist on 30 yrs . I dont gargle either.

I have not worked up the nerve for that yet. Seems like torture to me.
