Pharmacy just called . his meds are ready and HiS insurance wont pay for iron. Its only a few $$s though.

they refused Toms flexaril (muscle relaxer) but dr did a PA and got it for him.

I have not worked up the nerve for that yet. Seems like torture to me.

I've only done it a couple times... it's kind of scary, but not too bad as long as your saline is the right concentration. First time I just dumped some salt in some warm water. Apparently way too much salt... it burned!
