I've only done it a couple times... it's kind of scary, but not too bad as long as your saline is the right concentration. First time I just dumped some salt in some warm water. Apparently way too much salt... it burned!

You would want normal saline, .9% i think.

Tom thinks I have lice. LOL He said he remembered when his dad had this and he had to shave his head and wear a hat and they put some kinda stinky stuff on all their heads. I said thats lice Tom, I have ringworm. Its not a real worm . its like your feet.

I see. And that's partly why everything is so expensive. Huge armies of people paid to check that people stay within the guidelines, even if if it's something you need, and dr's cost to pay for medical billing personnel is probably worth the cost of a nurse or 2. All these costs are absorbed by us. I pay $800 a month for health insurance for me and the boys with an $8000 deductible. We rarely see a dr and when we do, I pay for that too!

I am going to change to a bigger pot for my house plant but not sure how to keep the cat out of it.

Morning. Woke up exhausted, sore throat. Going to lay back down a few hours.

This is rosemary planted at a bell tower. What else can I plant there? Lavender? I’m trying to beautify all the memorials and prayer gardens.
