camera was sort of messing up and it got dark outside AND they are both "mildly" ticked at me. Although the treats after trimming helped with that.

Yuri was busy giving or attempting to give kisses the entire time and wagging tail. He doesn't care what you are doing to him as long as it's something. Evidently Beth is VERY ticklish between her toes and pads. She may have gotten her melon thumped a couple times.

I hate solid black or brown nails you can not see the quick. Another reason Lu got off tonight , my quick stop and cotton swabs were where they belong and NOT where I was and needed them to be. While the "procedure" was taking place

Star is really good at standing and I dont know about Bandit. I havent done it since I cut a big hunk out of Stars belly.

IT was shearing day here at the motel. And Yuri and Beth got their nails done as well still need to clip Lu's

Looks like a small dog exploded!

got a FULL bag In the vacuum pretty much just from those 3.

Took between 1 1/2 and 2 hours.

I clip the nails and then use a "petty paws" to smooth/grind off the ruff edges.

my dogs are scared to death of the grinder. Kat bites it and rolls. The rest freeze in terror. But there is nothing sharper than freshly cut toe nails so they have to deal.

One of my old dogs hated to be brushed BUT if you gave him a brush to chomp/chew on you could use the "real brush" and clean him up good.
