Lets just say I dont need to use the remote for the "lift" portion of the chair.

You can slide right off! Seems like it might work if you could get a nice piece of foam for the seat.

It took me a month to pick all those staples up when I burned the chair.
Was it the dog she has now ? Do they have an epi pen for her ?
I bet the bathroom is dirty. Can you buy those covers like they have in public restrooms ?

We burn nails and staples and screws all the time. Scoop them up with the ash and it goes in the garbage can.

Sis has Rosie, that tiny little terrier looking dog. She's about 9 lbs. Big Akita was the allergic one. She weighed over 80 lbs.

No, he says it's pretty clean. The whole place looked very clean to me.
