Yeah there is a big Catch-22 there. They could just declare bankruptcy and go out of business. So what if 16M people (40% of the state's population) no longer have a power company? What big power company would take it over with the lawsuit payments? Where do they get the money to pay on the lawsuits if they can't raise it from operations? But if they were negligent, why should the customers have to pay on the lawsuits?

Had a visitor this morning when I went out to feed.

I seen the mail man and watched him go by. Tom said maybe he put it in the box? I said he didnt even stop. But I went outside and he came back . He had forgot it ! I seen him put it in the box and now its in my hands.
And it IS a very nice test kit for the aquariums !!

I never seen those before Cap. I have to wait on Robert to read it for me. LOL Little writing. His worker and I had a sit down w/ him about his diabetes. We havent been able to find a specialist thats taking appts til next yr. We have decided that shot is not for him. I have talked to the worker on taking an hr out of their days for exercise I called his dr and requested she find a specialist that wont take as long to get in and to consider doubling his diabetic meds he is on now.
Dinner was terrible. Never opened a can of northern beans and them be hard as a rock. re-cooking for tomorrows meal.

Had a visitor this morning when I went out to feed. I sent a group message out to my family saying I cant get blamed for bringing her home since she cant fit in my car lol
