I try to remember to "get decent" and open my bblinds, sometimes I get lazy and it's down hill from there....

maybe if you didn't "get decent" you would have more company and not have time to "go down hill"

I meant I am near a parking lot and major street so I cannot simply on my ground floor apartment open the blinds al natural or in my tighty whites...
I wondered from some of the last posts if most of your rentals were not just a night or two each....

also have currently 10 rooms I rent at a nightly rate and doesn't matter how many nights they stay.
