I assumed you had a well at the farm. Seems to be the way the world works... prices go up and they never go down. I am still stuck in the 80s. Still expecting potatoes to be 25 cents a pound.

I have 3 wells for the animals but the houses are on SW water was that way when I bought the place.

I don't have garbage pickup just a burn pit and a couple burn barrels.

If you own a house in San Francisco, you HAVE to pay for garbage collection, even if you don't need it (maybe you use the garbage at your business or something). So home owners HAVE to pay for garbage collection, but homeless can sleep on the sidewalks and and allowed to toilet wherever they want.
