Granny's gone and done it again

If you own a house in San Francisco, you HAVE to pay for garbage collection, even if you don't need it (maybe you use the garbage at your business or something). So home owners HAVE to pay for garbage collection, but homeless can sleep on the sidewalks and and allowed to toilet wherever they want.

Oh, that's good. You are not a crazy as I was thinking!

WELL  maybe heading down that way in feb IF I can work a deal for the yearlings and bull calves.

BUT I have a conundrum Erv is interested in getting a couple yak cows for his place. BUT he just got rid of all his cattle about a month ago because his dementia was so bad, I did ask if it was OK with his wife and got no real answer. SO do I call his wife and ask her? and take a chance on loosing his friendship or not. He would take the other 2 cows Gene (co man) is offering for sale which would mean between us all the cows he is trying to get rid of would be gone, I could probably work a better deal that way.

he wants me to transfer the animals into/under my IYAK membership which I am ok with and I will make sure that he has a bill of ownership for those 2 cows. Keeping in mind they will have to be bangs tested down there and then once they get up to ND and have to stay on his property for 3 years .

Dementia is a terrible thing. His wife will not need more to take care of if it is progressive. Maybe you can work a deal where you can buy him out if he becomes unable to care for the yaks.

I though of that BUT because they were NOT bangs vaccinated they have to stay on his property for 3 years and can NOT be moved/transported anywhere else except straight to slaughter.

He seems to be getting better. definitely better then when he was a couple months ago.
