I have heard goat meat is nasty but I guess that depends on how hungry you are.
Lisa brought some phesant jerkey and deer summer sausage and Robert has ate it all but one sausage. He dont even bother with cheese and crackers . He just grabs one and goes to town on it. No slicing needed

I'll say that I prefer goat to beef any day of the week. It's soooooo good.

Just asked Tom to help me make lunch. He opened the pickle jar and got a drop of juice on him and took off to change clothes. I said thanks for the help.

I had it when my neighbor's killed one of their goats (which sadly was my favorite

). It was juicy, and delicious, and dark dark dark meat. I love dark meat

And they spiced it really well. Carnitas. i can't wait til they have another party
