I must of not moved at all last night. When I woke up I wondered what had happened because I could hardly move. Everything hurt. It didnt take long to walk it off but I think this chair is going to make me feel better. Seems like I notice a difference already.

So my friend hasn't got back to me about going shopping tomorrow so I guess I am going by myself. That's fun too.

evening all , got the five stewing hens deboned and the meat in baggies and in freezer, when they are frozen solid I will vacuum pack them, Tossed all the bones back into the stock kettle and letting then cook "down" some more .
I think my dishwasher died today will have to call a repair man in the morning.
