So I started following a local German shep breeder on facebook. Just had a litter and have a girl unspoken for....I was so tempted. Beautiful black shep from euro working lines....but that would not be fair to Peach.

I think, as a caregiver, it’s not giving up if you look into respite care or even the assisted living homes. Sometimes it’s a lot better as far as quality of life and care goes - having trained medical professionals on hand and all sorts of activities and social events - and it’s not like you’re locking them in there never to see them again. But that’s just my 0.02...

anyway. Back to work. So behind on accounts payable. And it sucks that boss lady ran away for two freaking weeks so all my mid month stuff she had to run on the second (migraine day) so there’s going to be a lot screwed up this month. Sigh.

I agree, sometimes esp if they have dementia they need to be in a locked facility. If you do wan5 to continue care at home you have to have help lined up becaus as a caretaker you will los your mind. Everyone needs time to care for themselves.

Sorry for your struggle at work.if you are gone all day I wouldn’t sell you you a pup. that’s would not be fair to the pup.

But. Though this week sucks, should be back to semi normality when hubs is back. Yeah I work longer days but he leaves for work later, and it all balances out a bit more.

Yes their breeding stock are screened against the standard shep stuff - I did some quick glancing into them a while ago.

I was scrubbing with bleach this morning and I guess I inhaled too much. My throat has been raw all day and if I get hot I have a coughing fit. I picked up a mask to keep cleaning, but I just had to take another break.
