Ive noticed. I cant spell but I can recognize when a word is spelled wrong. How weird is that ?
what are you doing different w/ shipped chicks Twist ?

brooder room is cleaned out "good" then a layer (inch or so) of sterilized bagged dirt is spread over the cement floor then I cover that with about 3 sheets of white tissue paper , water with ACV and NON-medicate starter.

where does your dirt come from Twist ?

walmart or menards its the cheapest "sterilized bagged soil" I can get, usually a couple bucks for a 40 or 50 pound bag.

yepper as the chicks get older it sort of disingreates into the dirt. BUT I don't have to worry about them eating dirt instead of starter when I first get them
