Granny's gone and done it again

Here's what I did today. My recipe normally makes five one-lb. loaves, today it made six and a baby loaf, which made The Kid very happy. He wanted a baby loaf. One loaf developed a bubble in the middle and fell, but as my late MIL used to say, "it'll eat."

I didnt know there was a pretzel salt.
I have tried to find pizza salt, but no luck. Closest thing I found is Morton's coarse kosher. The pieces are a bit larger but melt quickly on your tongue. It's my fave salt.

Ours was more mutual I guess. I am but 56
You better re-math that, old lady!

I've been building them since,, well... 2000. Just read the indirections, getcha a magnifying glass so you can see the fine print on the motherboard. Get the best parts you can afford. I find that dual cores still outperform quad cores for some reason. And memory, memory, memory speeds up a machine like nobody's business. Get the right kind of memory for the 'mobo' (motherboard), power supply sufficient to run everything, and a graphics card worthy of the tasks you perform. I have a gaming machine because I play on 3D simulated games, so for me memory and graphics card were most important.
You would get along great with my 18 yr old! He started building computers in high school. He's still helping kids at college.

Bubba is a woolly mammoth. Looking more like DD and me by the day.

Look at the hands on that boy! Does he play basketball? Football? How tall is he, and how old? He's not done growing yet, is he? Oh, I see there is a basketball on his shirt. He's going to be a TANK!

My nephew. He’s 13, I can’t remember if he plays sports. I’m 5’7” and DD is just to my shoulder, so he’s a hair taller. I’ll try to measure them tomorrow. DD is 11, bubba is 8.
