My BRs are going rhrough a hard molt so that explains no eggs from them. The other 11 slackers i cant figure out.

Having green beans, cream style corn & greens(all from garden to freezer) for lunch & supper with cornbread & smoked sausage. Hope dd doesn t come & eat it up like the last time she came. We hadn t eaten but she got a gallon storage bowl full & carried it with her. I was outside but dh said he thought she had asked me. How dumb!

Hi, did what I could with what I had. LOL I bought top sirloin steaks clearance d out . There is a min. of 3 big ones probably 4 but ! I have no idea what they are or how to make them tender. Inch thick $12.00 a lot of meat on sale chicken, corned beef, hamburger, sausage, hot dogs. No goodies . no chips .

Top sirloin probably all you need to do is some coarse salt and pepper...do them on the grill and don't overcook it

I love steaks. So easy.

I need to divide chocken leg quarters & ground beef into meal size servings before freezing. Hope i dont forget when i get up from rest time.
