Whenever I cook I cook big. Not sure how to make less then no one but me wants leftovers which is stupid. Some of that tastes better next day. Anyway I will eat for a few days then it goes in the trash.

What small amount is leftover after the 3rd day, goes in Gator's bowl on top of his food.. Most dishes I make last about 3 days.
