ND state legislator is in the process of passing an Anti-puppy mill bill affects people who have I believe 6 litters a year or more. Those breeders have to have mandatory vet checks of the premises and other things. Heck I can't even get ONE litter a year.

I think I am on the wrong thread. I love chickens but they are not my pets.

why would you say that ? You are right where you belong..

whether they are pets or food dont matter . I had pets as a child and I love them still for the same reason as Twist. watching them play, hatching them is awesome but I will sure eat one too. LOL

I have tried prosthetic with chickens. IF you can make a good one that will stay on they adapt. I also had a roo the same as your duck. He did learn to run. was very funny to watch him. Like a rabbit.
