Hello Becky, hope you had a good night. I am at the swap and not much activity so far. But I did find a multicolored mini rex buck, so it's not a total loss.

The rain is finally starting to move out here. I hope. We have gotten over 3 inches so far and some areas got over 5 so everything is just plain soggy here.

anyone make lamb? Recipes I read say to pan sear it and serve med. to rare and the package says sear it then pop it in the oven. Im confused.

Will you eat rare meat?

I don't like the smell of lamb cooking--will do chops on the grill. My father insisted on leg of lamb for Easter

The dogs will go crazy.

I saw they sell gift cards at the post office. They had a 25 dollar amazon card. Maybe you could get one there but Walmart has tons also.

The lamb is resting. I fried shrooms , sweet onions and zsquash in some real butter and have a side of tater salad.

Bought a nice new turkey waterer with legs, that holds 2.5 gallons, for under $17!

Minding the mother in law’s monsters again. But look at RooPaul. Everyone else is under the car...he’s just hanging out, singing the song of his people.

the darker Aussie, mushu, is such a chonk. He should not be free fed. :/

had to go to tractor supply for feed. Oh my goodness!
