Granny's gone and done it again

I very very rarely loose any chicks once I get my hands on them.
Everybody seemed okay, then each of these chicks just faded really fast, one a day for three days. They were all Black Australorp males. They seemed fine in the morning. Then kind of hunched and lethargic around noon, and toes up by dinner time. Not pasty butt. I gave electrolytes in the water every other day, cleaned the brooder daily, had a light above half of the brooder so they could pick their temp zone ... everyond else thrived brilliantly.
