Granny's gone and done it again

well I did it again. I was getting in the van to come home and felt a bug on my neck. I had just shooed a wasp away and figured thats what it was. I jumped out of the van and had my shirt up around my neck when I seen the look of horror on Toms face and stopped. I dont think anyone was in the parking lot this time anyway. Come to find out it was a beetle of some sort.
I tried the towel today as well. Not sure if it worked or not. Tomorrow will tell the story.

some not a ton. The air works good in the van. It was 100 with the heat index

I think,H2o, its from sitting in the same spot for so long along with the heat that breaks me out but not really sure. I know my back really hurts after a while. I dont know for sure what causes the break out but it happens every time I take that trip

I just took some bone broth out of the freezer . I will have some later.
