Granny's gone and done it again

We all need breaks sometimes. No worries there. Is Harry too old to ride?
I remember that spaniel. He was just a pup last time we talked.
Are you still moderator here? Have you heard from Leyla? I havent talked to her in a long while either
He’s sort of getting too old but excersize is good for his arthritis and it keeps his mind active but I just don’t want to push him too much in his geriatric years. It a fine line and balancing act which bothers me a lot.

That spaniel still hasn’t grown up and he’s 4 now plus we got another or should I say Scott got another for himself. She’s a really ugly bug! I will dig a pic out of them....

No granny I’m not moderating anymore. Leyla is also another lady that I need chase up, I too have not spoken to her in a long while... :(

Tally is small compared to Keeper and they are both sprockers.

4 years! Wow, it dont seem possible Kim. They both look good. Keeper was the first one. I remember that. The black one.
I think Harry will let you know when he doesnt feel like riding. :hugs
I’m thinking the same too granny, I just hope he makes his sign very clear to me! What have you got animal wise now granny?

Yes Keeper was the first when we still had Mac the old terrier. Then we got Tally about 18 months later. We lost Mac Christmas just gone but he was 16 and had a good innings. The house is never a dull moment with 2 crazy spaniels in it!

I lost all my chickens to a predator and decided my health wasnt good enough to get any more. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Tons of fish. I would like to downsize the fish tanks but cant figure out how to do that yet. My old cocker is still plugging along at 15 yrs old but she acts brain dead . Breaks my heart to see her like this.

I was thinking about fish next but then I think about lots of things next... it was a worm farm yesterday and the other week I nearly came home with a Russian hamster from the pet shop. I have to be kept in check!

I too have not added to my flock as they have died off. 7 of my 9 remaining polish are 7 years old now. I’ve had a few ex layer hens from the local farm but they never last with their poor reproductive systems. A rat got most of my quail so I re-homed the last few.

It’s so sad isn’t it when the animals you love grow old and I really understand how you feel about your cocker :hugs

Thats a pretty good life for polish. Wishing has pretty old hens too. I dont remember how old but OLD! lol
I didnt know you kept quail. Did you eat them? I know their pretty good. I wanted to keep them but just wasnt up to it.
Robert is still asking me to get a goat. Said he would take care of it.
