I hope you dont mind me asking but when your husband passed what did you have to do with SS.?

When he passed, believe it or not, the funeral home reports the death, right..so, SS is aware. I didn't have have do a thing! Next thing I know, I'm sent a letter of what my SS would be monthly, which of course was more than I was already getting. Plus, I had already been getting some of his SS when I applied for mine years ago. I didn't know at the time I could get some because I was married. In Utah...anyway, that's my biggest monthly income now. It's quite a bit.

When my father passed it was one day after his SS was deposited in his bank and my sister went there and took out his whole check then left it on another sister to bury him.

It sure was Pert. And thats not all she did. I dont want to speak ill of the dead though so I will leave it there. Lets just say I didnt get not one memento from my dad.I walked away with memorys and thats ok.

oh, mowing guy is supposed to come tomorrow to look see. Toms new chair tomorrow too. Robert just told me he needs to go to the store today. sigh....
