I have made 'hot pot" a lot as I forget I have them in the oven and then turn the oven on, make what ever is going in the oven open the door and "surprize" HOT pOTS everywhere. "words" are said/invented

well I hand wash all my stainless cook and bake ware, dry it and then into a warm oven to make sure ALL MOISTURE is gone. I have my mother's bake-ware from 1961/62 and it still looks like new.

I don't understand....

The hotpot I am imagining does not include chili. It has tofu, thinly cut beef or pork, sometimes clams, etc. Its more of a chinese dish, so maybe you have never tried it before?

I like to try a lot of different types of food, so yeah.
