Watched a Death Valley Days episode where a guy was searching for a particular tree, going through hostile Indian territory nearly getting killed. Finally found the tree he was looking for and carved his name in the trunk. Douglas. The man playing the part in this episode was the guy who played Hank Kimball in Green Acres.

He has extra help but they dont offer money for over the counter things. He also could get help with showers. He refuses that. Thank you for the info .
My mom went on hospice and the requirements then were that she stopped taking her meds that was keeping her alive.

They didn't stop my husband's meds he was already on. He was still taking his BP meds until the day before he went into a coma. Also took meds for urinary help. Things may have changed since your mom was on, or maybe she was on hospice under different circumstances.

That's my DH on the tractor. The weatherman called for 5-7 inches of snow last night. We got over 8. I said they should just say Snow Tomorrow 0-36 inches expected. That way they have a freaking chance of getting it right. He cleaned up the tractor pic with Gymp it's really as gray and miserable as it is in the just plain snow picture.

I wasn't on the net yesterday. Didn't feel well all day. I think it's my body settling into the cholesterol meds they put me on. But I'm up and rolling today. Paths shoveled, sorta. Getting up to the coop was a trip to say the least. The birds had fun pecking the snow off my muck boots. I think they thought it was Styrofoam and thought I'd brought them a real treat!

I went off cholesterol meds after I found out about a lot of their side affects. I was already experiencing a lot of them.

Yeah I’ve never heard of that. Usually hospice is about comfort and dignity…

Alright. Time to reorganize the land of spare oom and get the home office moved off the dining table!!!
