Oh yeah, bad tenants are the WORST! We had one that complained about everything and made the place a mess. I don't understand the whole concept of "renting/managing" houses, but it seems complicated.

I have "tried" quite a few sports, but never really stuck with any. I wish I did.

I do love jogging round the property though. One of my favorite ways to pass time. Kiki enjoys them too.

I love hiking and bird watching.

You like looking at houses too? I guess its a mom thing. My mom loves looking at houses she knows we will never even move to.

900k in cali isn't even that much.

I can't say too much, I was all over looking at those modular homes and dreaming...but that's when we were thinking of moving to norcal.
