well got 9 pints and 6 1/2 pints of spiced apple sauce out of the "mess" I started with yesterday. Kitchen is cleaned up other then the jars to haul downstairs to the pantry/root type cellar

I baked bread today. Haven't done so in a long time now that The Man and I are virtual empty nesters (GirlChild has moved out again), but a lady friend has commissioned me to bake her a loaf a week, so yay! I will bake weekly and share with her.
