Granny's gone and done it again

Cherry said: That’s what I have been doing. Pigs aren’t very…what’s the word…not physically built to get up and down stuff. I know she can, the trailer is really close to the ground…but it’s gonna take work.

Are you giving her just tiny bites of her treat and making her take little steps forward before you give her more? And of course it should be a really high-value treat, something she REALLY likes, not an everyday snack. Honey on a spoon? Peanut butter? Make her work for it so she understands, no progress, no goodie!
I am just walking her over to the trailer and putting food in it. Maybe I can try using that method...I just don't want her biting me.

She is a picky eater and doesn't like treats.

Oh well that's a bummer, a pig that is not food motivated. 😕 In order to keep from getting bitten, if you DO find something she likes... I was going to suggest you put a spoonfiul of it on the floor of the trailer about a foot apart, starting about six inches in to get her started.

She IS if nobody interferes with my feeding schedule. She gets into the weighing box okay.
