rained most of the day again today

Checked the garden again today and beans and carrots are up and some cukes are just making an appearance.

my pleasure they aren't really yellow one's BUT I figured better then nothing.

No, they're the light green ones, pretty much what I wanted, except it says to harvest when 3". The ones I'd seen before were about 6". No worries, I can't wait!

Supposed to be HOT this week....not triple digits (yet) but close to.

And my car doesn't have good AC. At all.

Sigh. Thank gosh I don't do much stop and go. It's mostly cruise the whole way. WINDOWS DOWN!

I watch a lot of cooking shows and I have to share this salad with y'all. It's real easy and so good. Just chop some cucumber, tomatoes and onions in a bowl, drizzle some lemon juice over it, add some salt and pepper and enjoy. I happened to have part of an avocado so I added that, and you can chop in some fresh dill and/or basil too if you have it.

I accidentally made too much the other day and shared with The Man, and then wished I hadn't!

my air is not blowing cold on one side of the van. I hope to get it fixed soon. I cant hack that. Dont know how you can with your asthma.

My AC's out again too. And they just worked on it a couple weeks ago!

I wasn't thinking about saving seeds BUT to see how they tasted if you let them get bigger.
