Pi really wants to meet the hens. They have no problem with Scooter, but the pup is another story.

I don't remember having trouble with either of my previous puppies, but this guy is very rambunctious and always wants to be in the middle of the action. He whines constantly to get out of his kennel or his pen, so hard to tell when he has to pee. I take him out as soon as he wakes up from napping.
I just got done rolling up the big wool rug and moving it out of the room. All the little throw rugs got removed too. All of them have to be washed.
I haven't been able to get him to pee on a pee pad, so now he'll have no other choice.

Going to be hard on Scooter... he has trouble on slippery floors with his very hairy feet.

Yeah, but I'm not sure he recognizes her as a chicken since she's not up and walking. Pi smelled her tail, but then she tried to peck at him! Cranky broody.

I have 11 hens. One quit laying years ago and started crowing this summer. One is broody, 2 are over 10 yrs, most are over 6, one younger hen seems to have repro problems, and at least 3 are molting. I got one egg yesterday. One! sigh.
