Granny's gone and done it again

well got all the bread diced and bagged for the stuffing, Sitting in the cooler aka garage and the turkey stock (last years carkkuse) and some veggies are cooking currently.
veggies for the stuffing?

it is if I make it. Stove top I am more than willing to send out the door. I freeze a lot of the extra and then have it for when I make bride's supper or cook a chicken OR when the fancy strikes.
 
What veggies in your stuffing, Chef Twist?
the stock is carrots, onions and celery.

Then on the DAY I sweet some more onions and celery in BUTTER and add that and gizzard meat and neck meat to the bread pieces with seasons and enough stock to make it good and moist. Then into every orifice the bird has. Extra into a casserole dish .

Thanks, Granny. I like carcass better now that I see it. I used to be a top speller. I can tell I'm losing that skill, though. Losing my vocabulary, too. Can't always pull up the word I want when talking. Scares me.
