Kind of sore, but not terrible. I will likely feel better once i take my pills.
Just jog around the house outside for a while, that should wake you up!
My Nancy wanted me to go to the restore in Lynchburg today, but i need to finish the painting. And clean more goat stalls.

I used to like painting but the problem with that was once I got started I didnt want to stop! before I knew it the whole house would be a different color. hahaa
Restore as in habitat for humanity? Those are fun too
