My SIL and BIL brought their chicken-killing dog over today, with a shock collar on. When he went after my chickens they gave him a lesson we hope he won't forget. Twice. Afterward, he acted like he wanted nothing to do with the chickens. They have another dog that needs the treatment, then I won't have to worry about them and can start letting my birds free-range again. Yay!
